Damian Priest made headlines on WWE RAW after Saturday Night’s Main Event with his controversial actions, at least in the eyes of some people. WWE recently issued a statement on the Archer of Infamy.
During RAW’s main event, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh lost their World Tag Team Championship to Erik and Ivar. The other Judgment Day members were barred from the ringside. However, that didn’t stop Damian Priest, a former member of the villainous faction, from making his presence felt during the match.
The 42-year-old superstar prevented Finn Balor from carrying a chair to the ring, thus causing a timely distraction that allowed The War Raiders to pick up the win.
After the cameras stopped rolling, WWE shared off-air footage of Finn Balor’s post-match reaction on Instagram with a caption for Damian Priest, saying:
Top WWE star blasted, compared to Winnie the Pooh RIGHT HERE
“LOOK WHAT YOU’VE DONE, @archerofinfamy!”
The video showed a clearly agitated Finn Balor who said that Priest was to be blamed for him having no titles around his waist.

Will WWE star Finn Balor bring back his Demon gimmick to exact revenge on Damian Priest?
Damian Priest’s actions have only intensified his feud with Finn Balor, who cost the former Judgment Day member his World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam.
The Irishman has seemingly grown tired of the Judgment Day not being on the same page. Many fans have been wondering whether this will lead to Finn Balor channeling his Demon persona.
Speaking on Writing with Russo, former WWE head writer Vince Russo discussed a big issue with Finn Balor’s alter ego.
“Bro, if you push him as The Demon, I’m fine with that. But how are you gonna figure out what to do with The Demon when you can’t figure out what to do the Wyatt Sicks?”
Finn Balor last wrestled as the “Demon” when he faced Edge (aka Adam Copeland) inside Hell in a Cell at WrestleMania 39.
With his feud against Damian Priest reaching its boiling point, it will be interesting to see if he will switch to his evil character.
