‘VIDEO’ Tyson Fury’s father gets into a scuffle with Team Oleksandr Usyk, resulting in a bloody head.

The undeniable allure of the heavyweight unification bout between Tyson Fury (WBC) and Oleksandr Usyk (WBA, IBF, WBO) extends beyond the fighters themselves. Yesterday, both Team Fury and Usyk arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to finalize preparations, sparking immediate confrontations.

Social media videos showcased John Fury—Tyson’s father—clashing with members of Usyk’s team who were energetically cheering on the Ukrainian boxer. The encounter escalated to the point where John Fury headbutted a member of Usyk’s team, resulting in a bloody forehead.

The altercation involved multiple team members, putting security staff to the test as they struggled to defuse the situation. The presence of numerous cameras from both sides prolonged the incident.

In a subsequent video, Tyson Fury was seen exiting an elevator and discovering his father bloodied but did not engage in the scuffle.

John Fury, a former professional boxer and bare-knuckle fighter, is known for his fiery temperament during his sons’ confrontations. In 2022, he famously took off his shirt to challenge Jake Paul ahead of Paul’s bout with Tyson’s brother, Tommy Fury. Moreover, during the Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou fight in October 2023, John Fury even challenged boxing legend Mike Tyson, who was coaching Ngannou for the match.
