Tyson Fury once dismissed potential opponent Joe Joyce’s boxing abilities, suggesting he “couldn’t even lace” his boots.

Following his defeat to Oleksandr Usyk in May, where Fury endured a fierce ninth-round onslaught, the 35-year-old is preparing for a rematch with Usyk on December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

 Fury’s post-Usyk fight plans remain uncertain, with the outcome likely influencing his future endeavors. Despite the setback, Fury affirmed his commitment to boxing, indicating he would continue as long as his passion for the sport remains. Prior to facing Usyk, Fury mentioned Joyce among ten potential opponents he was contemplating, including Anthony Joshua, Daniel Dubois, Joseph Parker, Deontay Wilder, and others.
