Triple H is doing his best to bring Brock Lesnar back to WWE to replace Roman Reigns, in an attempt to salvage the declining viewership of Raw on Netflix.
Raw has been going through a difficult period since its move to Netflix. While the move was expected to revolutionize the global viewership market, the harsh reality is causing headaches for WWE executives: ratings are steadily declining, audience interest has declined significantly, and there is no face of sufficient stature to lead the show.

Roman Reigns, leader of The Bloodline and a legendary champion for many years, is currently on hiatus. Although WWE is promoting several names such as Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, and Damian Priest, no one is “heavy” enough to fill the void left by Roman.

And here comes Brock Lesnar’s name again.

According to multiple behind-the-scenes sources, WWE’s current chief creative officer, Triple H, is actively looking for a way to bring “The Beast Incarnate” back to the ring, despite the controversy surrounding Lesnar’s exclusion from WrestleMania 40 for sensitive reasons. With his devastating fighting style, global appeal, and unparalleled ability to captivate audiences, Lesnar is the “ultimate weapon” Triple H is counting on to save Raw from collapse.

Lesnar = ratings. This isn’t just empty talk. Every time he appears, Lesnar consistently delivers memorable moments—from bloody matches to classics like the chain-slam suplex or the F-5 that ruins everything. With fans growing impatient, and WWE facing stiff competition from AEW, UFC, and other entertainment platforms, the return of a “real beast” like Lesnar could be key to keeping fans engaged.

The biggest obstacle, however, lies in WWE’s need to overcome behind-the-scenes issues and Lesnar’s extremely stringent contract. Given the current situation, it wouldn’t surprise anyone if Triple H were to “open the safe” and even go beyond the pale just to bring Brock back.

WWE RAW needs a big boost. And that boost can only come from “The Beast.”
