Taylor Swift continues to affirm her status as the quintessential millennial queen by remaining a devoted viewer of “Grey’s Anatomy.”
Travis Kelce seemingly corroborated Swift’s affinity for the long-running medical drama to actor Anthony Hill, known for his role as Dr. Winston Ndugu in the series.
In a June 5 Instagram post shared by Hill, the actor posted a selfie with Kelce, noting in the caption that Swift’s boyfriend confirmed her fondness for the show.
“I may or may not have gotten confirmation that TSwift does, in fact, still watch Grey’s Anatomy,” Hill wrote. “It was then made very clear that he absolutely does not watch with her time to start bruh!”
This revelation aligns with Swift’s well-known admiration for the series, as she famously named one of her cats Meredith Grey after Ellen Pompeo’s iconic character. Additionally, Pompeo made an appearance in Swift’s “Bad Blood” music video in 2015.
Hill’s Instagram slideshow also featured snapshots from Kansas City’s Big Slick fundraiser, an annual celebrity-studded event that supports Children’s Mercy Hospital. The fundraiser, held from May 31 to June 1, attracts numerous Kansas City luminaries, including Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Paul Rudd, Jason Sudeikis, Sheryl Crow, Eric Stonestreet, Weird Al, Fortune Feimster, Heidi Gardner, Adam Scott, Kumail Nanjiani, and Rob Riggle.
One of Hill’s slides showcased a video of Mahomes passing to Kelce from a stage as part of the fundraiser.
“We raised 3.97 MILLION dollars for @childrensmercy in 3 DAYS!!” Hill concluded his post. “This goes to show one reason I love Kansas City so much, the people are phenomenal. So happy I got to be part of it.
Hill frequently shares content about his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, and his support for the Chiefs on his Instagram account.
