Travis Kelce brands brother Jason a ‘d**khead’ for believing Taylor Swift conspiracy theory

The Kansas City Chiefs player did not hold back.
Travis Kelce has aimed a joke at his brother Jason following a longstanding conspiracy theory involving Taylor Swift.

Kelce, 35, has enjoyed a successful career playing as tight-end for the Kansas City Chiefs but, on a global scale, is more widely known for his relationship with popular singer Swift, 34.

The couple have even been branded as Travlor or Trayis.

The pair are currently the subject of widespread media attention since Kelce attended one of Swift’s concerts in 2023.

Fans of the pair, regularly tune into Kelce’s podcast, which is co-hosted by his brother Jason.

Travis’ NFL fortunes have been marked by several nail-bitingly close finishes this season.

And his brother even suggested the reason for this may have something to do with Swift.

“I kind of feel like you guys are the ‘Angels in the Outfield,’ there’s some unknown [conspiracy]…” said Jason.

Of course, ‘Angel in the Outfield’ is a film in which a young boy pleads with God for a real family as well as a victory for his favourite basketball team. Angels descend and give him a helping hand.

As expected, Travis dismissed the claims.
“Here you go with this f**king Tayvoodoo s**t,” the NFL star joked on Wednesday’s episode of ‘New Heights’ podcast.

“This dude’s such a d***head.”

You’re probably wondering what the term ‘Tayvoodoo’ means, which is explained below.

Urban Dictionary defines the word as “a sudden wave of karma resulting in crippling of mental/physical health or a sudden drop in popularity/fame”, with the cause as “attacking/feuding the 10× GRAMMY winner Taylor Swift”.

One of the so-called symptoms involved is “diminishing professional success”.

“You can call it luck, you can call it fortune, guys just playing their ass off until the last second is off that clock, and we know a lot of weird s–t happens in this league,” added Travis.

The singer has attended all of Travis’ home games this season.

The Chiefs currently top the AFC West, having won 11 of their 12 games this season – six of these were at home, when Taylor was watching on from the stands.

So the theory may well be right.
