“After receiving news today about Beterbiev’s injury, we will postpone the Beterbiev vs. Bivol is expected on June 1 until the second half of this year,”
“Wishing Artur Beterbiev a speedy recovery. However, the 5v5 event is still available on June 1.”
Beterbiev has an absolute knockout ratio in his career, defeating all 20 opponents in his professional career. His most recent victory was a seventh-round TKO victory over former British champion Callum Smith.
On the other side, Bivol has also never been defeated. The Russian boxer has a massive record of 22-0, with half of his victories coming by KOs and TKOs. Recently, Bivol successfully defended his WBA championship belt after defeating British boxer Lyndon Arthur by unanimous decision in Riyadh in December.
