Strigh ’25, Lee ’28 won the first Nescac women’s golf team
Both Continental teams are elected by the coaches of the conference in the second team
Strigh and Lee are two of the eight golfers who were elected by the coaches of the conference on the second team. The honor of Nescac is the first title for both golfers.
Strigh achieved an average score of 18 holes of 80.47 in 15 rounds in the 2024-25 season. She saved one of the best tournaments in her career for the last time with the seventh-class position of 39 golf athletes at the Nescac championship in 2025 in early May. Strigh hit the rounds with a score of 76-78-78 at the Yahnundasis golf club in New Hartford, NY, when Hamilton first organized this event. She drew at 18th place of 60 people with 160 points in 36 holes at the Williams College Spring Invitational 2025 on April 19 and 20.
Lee reached an average of 78.53 shots in 17 rounds this season. She drew in 14th place in the conference championship with 78-77-84 rounds. She is a personal medal winner at the Trinity College/University of Hartford Spring Invitational with a score of 36 holes of 157 on 5 and 6 April. Lee really created her name at the Golfweek Division III Classic 2024 in Miramar Beach, FLA. 75-76-72 before some of the top competitors in the Division III tournament.
The duo helped Continentals achieve a high ranking of 13 in the top 25 coach of class on February 28. Hamilton won the third place at the Nescac championship, winning the team championship Trinity/Hartford Spring Invitational and the eighth of the 24 teams at the Grade III OCTOBY Classic Golfweek.
