Snoop Dogg has been building excitement around his upcoming album Missionary, produced by Dr. Dre — their first full collaboration since Snoop’s iconic debut, Doggystyle in 1993. Now, the Doggfather has hinted at a potential 2025 tour to support the highly anticipated album.

Dr. Dre also teased the involvement of high-profile guests on Missionary, including a surprising collaboration with Sting. “There’s a song, we have Sting on the song. Man, it’s an amazing roster of artists that’s on this album,” Dre shared, adding, “I shouldn’t have revealed that, to be honest.”

While Dre produced the entire album, he hinted that he might make a vocal appearance on one track, though he wasn’t certain if it would make the final cut.

Snoop Dogg first revealed the Missionary album in 2022 during an interview on Stephen A. Smith’s Know Mercy podcast. The rapper explained that the album’s title is a playful reference to his debut album Doggystyle. “It’s our 30th anniversary to Doggystyle, and the name of the album is Missionary,” Snoop told Smith, which prompted laughter from the host.
