Hollywood’s biggest celebrities are recovering from injuries after finding their affluent neighborhoods were reduced to ashes and rubble when California wildfires ravaged Pacific Palisades.
The death toll from the historic fires now stands at five, as heroic firefighters continue to battle hellish conditions on the front lines of at least five separate blazes.
The homes of Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman and Miles Teller are among those destroyed, while dozens of other stars now wait anxiously alongside their neighbors to see if anything can be saved.
An apocalyptic wildfire tore through the affluent enclave of Pacific Palisades on Tuesday, quickly spreading to surrounding suburbs as a windstorm carried embers and debris in all directions.
Residents fled and waited anxiously for word about their homes as news began to spread that entire streets had been wiped off the map, firefighters were running out of water and resources were being diverted to fight the blaze on multiple fronts.
Today, the widespread devastation becomes more evident as celebrities share their devastation upon discovering they have lost their million-dollar mansions.
John Goodman
Beloved actor John Goodman’s home was destroyed by wildfires.
The Pacific Palisades property was directly in the path of the fire, which has already burned more than 15,000 acres and was spreading at up to five football fields per minute.
All that remains is his swimming pool in the garden, still filled with dirty, blackened water, and the driveway, which now leads to nothing but rubble.
Debris was strewn across the property in aerial photos obtained by DailyMail.com, while a huge tree that once stood at the front of the house also fell in the blaze.

Anthony Hopkins’ house is also gone, as shown in the devastating photos.
Nothing remains of the Oscar-winning actor’s estate. The gates that protected the property are still standing, but have been widely opened.
Trees that once provided privacy are now charred.
As of Wednesday afternoon, officials had not provided an estimate of structures damaged or destroyed by the fire, but they said at least 100,000 residents were under evacuation orders and nearly 30,000 structures were threatened.
At least 100,000 more people have been warned to consider evacuating.

Miles and Keleigh Teller
Top Gun: Maverick star Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh purchased their dream home for $7.5 million in April 2023.
The house is now completely destroyed.
Shocking footage shows a car parked in the driveway was also completely charred.
Keleigh had shared several photos on Instagram overnight, the first being a dramatic shot of the fire with a crying emoji, and the second urging evacuees to leave water bowls on the streets for animals as they escaped.
The couple have yet to comment on the loss of their own home.
This sprawling five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home was built in 2015, complete with a movie theater, gym and custom staircase.
It appears that the property was purchased as a ‘second home’.

Eugene Levy
The home of American Pie star Eugene Levy was also razed.
He had previously spoken of his attempted escape and his time stuck in traffic, along with thousands of other residents following evacuation orders.
“The smoke looked pretty black and intense over Temescal Canyon,” he said.
“I didn’t see any flames, but the smoke was very black.”
His son Dan Levy later wrote on social media: “My heart is broken for my family, friends and the people of Los Angeles affected by the catastrophic wildfires.”

Adam Brody et Leighton Meester
Actors Adam Brody and Leighton Meester’s $7 million mansion is among 1,000 structures that have been destroyed by the wildfires.
The couple bought the five-bedroom home in 2019, but photos show the property now engulfed in flames.
The Nobody Wants This star, 45, and the Gossip Girl actress, 38, were last pictured in public at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, less than two days before the fires broke out.
They lived in the 6,000-square-foot home with their two young daughters.
