SHOCKING MOMENT: Panthers Player Attempts to Storm Buccaneers Locker Room for a Face-Off After Heartbreaking Overtime Loss!

Carolina Panthers safety Sam Franklin Jr had to be held back by a staffer after trying to break into the Tampa Bay Buccaneers locker room to fight an opponent.

In dramatic scenes caught on video after the Panthers lost in overtime against the Bucs on Sunday, Franklin Jr refused to go straight to the home team’s locker room, instead making a beeline for the visitors’.

In various clips, one of which posted by WFMY reporter Logan Campbell, he can be heard saying, ‘Tell 33 imma see his a**,’ before appearing to add: ‘On my grave, boy.’ He is then dragged away.

By ’33’, he appears to be referring to Tampa Bay outside linebacker Jose Ramirez, though the exact reason for his anger is unclear.

The Panthers were 3-8 heading into the NFC South divisional match-up on Sunday and left the field with another heartbreaking loss, the latest in overtime after a brutal Chuba Hubbard fumble.

In the next-score-wins scenario, impressive young running back Hubbard had the ball in his grasp but linebacker Anthony Nelson managed to knock it out, before YaYa Diaby recovered it for an overtime takeaway.

The Bucs then went down the other end to kick a 30-yard field goal to win the game and silence the Bank of America Stadium, much to the dismay of the Panthers fans – and seemingly their players too.

In another clip, the Bucs’ Sterling Shepard was also seen looking for someone in the tunnel area of the stadium, as tempers threatened to boil over on a crazy weekend of football in America.

The violence began on Saturday with college football’s Rivalry Week, with various teams fighting in a series of postgame scuffles.

The most notable of which came at Ohio State, where University Police pepper-sprayed Michigan players at midfield after they tried to plant a flag in the Buckeyes logo after a shock win.

In Florida, Gators and FSU players scrapped after their game too, while on Sunday Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans players also had to be split up midgame.
