Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs ‘gang-raped’ wσman as payback after she claimed he was involved in Tupac Shakur’s мuɾder, new lawsuit claims

In a bombshell development, a woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging the music mogul raped and abused her as “payback” for comments she made about the murder of iconic rapper Tupac Shakur. The case, recently filed in California, adds to the mounting legal troubles Combs is facing, including an ongoing criminal trial for sex trafficking and racketeering in New York.

According to court documents, the woman accuses Combs, along with several others, of sexual assault, battery, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. She has called for a trial by jury to address these serious accusations. In her lawsuit, the woman claims Combs threatened her after she dismissed him during a video call, where she voiced her belief that he had played a role in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur.

The lawsuit describes a terrifying encounter in which Combs allegedly threatened the woman with a knife, telling her she would “pay” for her remarks. The woman claims Combs then raped her using a television remote while his associates participated in the abuse, leaving her traumatized and powerless. Disturbingly, she alleges that Combs recorded some of the assault and later offered her money to cover up the incident by labeling her a sex worker.

This new civil case against Combs comes on the heels of six other lawsuits recently filed in New York, with more expected in the coming weeks. The 54-year-old rapper and producer, once a dominant force in the hip-hop world, is currently awaiting trial on criminal charges. He stands accused of operating a network that trafficked individuals across state lines for illicit sexual performances, using his music empire as a cover.

Combs has vehemently denied all accusations, maintaining that he has never sexually assaulted anyone. His legal team remains confident in their defense, asserting that the truth will come to light in court.

The murder of Tupac Shakur has long remained unsolved, but recent developments have reignited interest in the case. In September 2023, former gang member Duane “Keffe D” Davis was charged with Shakur’s murder, with his trial set to take place in March 2025. Despite Combs’ denial of any involvement in the murder, the allegations in the lawsuit have once again drawn attention to the unsolved crime.

As more lawsuits are expected to surface, this story is far from over. Combs’ upcoming criminal trial in May 2025 will be closely watched, as the hip-hop mogul faces the most significant legal challenges of his career.
