Roman Reigns was brutally taken down by the returning Jacob Fatu and the newly formed Bloodline faction on SmackDown. This happened after the Samoan Werewolf came back following Reigns’ successful overpowering of Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga. The assault on the Original Tribal Chief has led fans to believe that Roman may finally reunite the OG Bloodline to counter this new threat.
Roman Reigns initially overpowered Solo and Tama, reclaiming the Ula Fala, demonstrating his ability to handle them both. However, once Jacob Fatu entered the fray, Reigns was outnumbered and eventually destroyed. The OTC needs allies to counter the Samoan Werewolf, and Jimmy and Jey Uso seem like the perfect fit for this role.
Fans have been waiting for the reunion of the OG Bloodline ever since the possibility of Roman Reigns turning babyface emerged.
Now that Roman is officially a heroic character, the reunion of the Original Bloodline seems like a good possibility. Jey Uso is part of Monday Night RAW, but he is expected to be traded to SmackDown soon to rejoin the Bloodline Saga and aid Reigns in this battle.
On the other hand, Jimmy Uso has been on hiatus after being ejected from the Bloodline by Solo Sikoa after WrestleMania. With revenge on his mind, Jimmy’s reunion with the OTC may be on the horizon.
Finally, the return of Paul Heyman alongside Roman Reigns is also a scenario. The Wiseman did not return with the former Universal Champion at SummerSlam, but he could make his comeback during Reigns’ next appearance on SmackDown, effectively reuniting the entire OG Bloodline.
With Jey, Jimmy, and Paul Heyman by his side, Roman Reigns will be better equipped to tackle the new version of the Bloodline.
In addition to the potential reunion of the OG Bloodline, Sami Zayn is a hot topic among fans regarding a possible return to the Saga. He previously played the role of an Honorary Uce but eventually betrayed Reigns and went on a solo run on the red brand.
However, the recent reunion of Jey Uso and Sami on the Red brand has sparked speculation that the former Intercontinental Champion might rejoin the faction alongside the YEET Master.
Despite this, some fans believe that Zayn should avoid the power struggle altogether, arguing that only real-life Bloodline members should be involved in the storyline.
