Usyk has defeated Joshua twice and recently handed Fury his first professional loss in their historic undisputed heavyweight world title clash. Following these victories over the British fighters, Oleksandr Usyk has drawn comparisons between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.

Usyk secured the undisputed heavyweight world titles last month with his win over Fury in their landmark bout. Although their rematch was initially slated for October, it has been rescheduled to December 21. The Ukrainian boasts two victories over ‘AJ,’ having claimed the unified belts from him in September 2021 and successfully defended them in their rematch the following year.

During an interview on the Three Knockdown Rule podcast, Usyk humorously compared his wins against Joshua and Fury, stating, “Anthony Joshua has classy boxing. Greedy Belly, my friend Tyson Fury. It’s like sparkling water, when you open it without shaking it’s good. If you shake it, it [blows]. Sparkling water is Tyson Fury and still water is Anthony Joshua. Tyson’s arms are like two metres, like a rope.”
