Mike Tyson and Jake Paul’s fight on July 20 at AT&T Stadium certainly has the fans’ attention. Despite how the fight has been lambasted by fighters, promoters, doctors and academics for how dangerous it could be for Tyson to face Paul – who is 30 years younger – it appears there is no shortage of interest in the summer clash.
The cheapest tickets to see Tyson take on Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer, in Arlington are slated to cost consumers $575, including taxes and fees. Meanwhile, ringside seats are being sold for over $8,000, according to Gametime.co.
However, for two ringside seats, consumers can expect to pay more than $10,000 if they want to watch the fight up close and personal. Currently, seats range from $17,000 to more than $30,000 in some areas, with the most expensive seat costing fans $31,424 as of writing.
With how much the seats are going for, it is clear the interest in the fight has not waned in the slightest, despite how many pundits have spoken out against the bout. Most recently, esteemed promotor Frank Warren has shared his thoughts on the fight being a professional contest and said, in no uncertain terms, how it was “ridiculous”.

“I’m a big fan of Jake Paul as a promoter and his business partner, Nakisa [Bidarian],” Warren said in a talkSPORT interview. “They’re very smart operators, and they obviously see this fight will generate public interest and money.
“But let’s get it right, Mike Tyson is 58 years of age and he shouldn’t be fighting. It’s as simple as that. If it was an exhibition, you’d get half away with that, but the fact that Texas have licensed the 58-year-old to fight. What does anybody need to say about that?
“Let’s get it right. You can be on a motorway stuck in a traffic jam and get to the end of it. All it is is people who have stopped to look at a crash, and that’s what this is. What will happen for one round is you’re going to get vintage Mike Tyson. He’ll come out throwing bombs for one round, and then it’ll be a 58-year-old guy in the ring with a younger fella.”
Paul has leaned into the dangers of the fight, hyping up the bout to be one for the ages. “It’s war; all is fair in love and war. I love the guy, but as soon as it turned into a pro fight, one of us has to die,” Paul said while he was at the Miami Grand Prix.
“He’s a killer. I’m moving up to the heavyweight division so he’s going to have some advantages but that’s what’s going to make this fight exciting. We both have one-punch knockout.
“This is what he was destined to do and what he was born for. And he was the one who wanted it to be a pro-fight. We were figuring out the rules and Mike said, ‘I want it to be a pro fight. I want to end this kid and stop everything he’s doing.’ So I agreed to make it a pro fight and it’s as real as it gets.”
Even with Paul’s promotion and Tyson frequently posting training videos, fans still are not convinced it is smart for the 57-year-old – who will be 58 by the time of the fight – to get into the ring once again. In his latest training video, fans shared their concern for Tyson’s fitness, with many claiming that it had been edited to look good.
Speaking with Joe Rogan, Tyson explained that those training videos often leave the 57-year-old bedridden for days at a time. “You want me to tell you something about that video? I did that video and I was in bed for a week,” Tyson told Rogan. “That was 30 seconds and I was in bed for a week.”
