Meghan Markle Steps Out In £30,000 Worth Of Clothes And Jewellery Ahead Of Prince Harry Milestone

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, dazzled in an array of high-end fashion and jewellery, worth an estimated £30,000, as she attended the George Zajfen Tennis Tournament in Los Angeles. The event, held on Saturday, was a tribute to Kelly McKee Zajfen’s late son, George, and supported the Alliance for Children’s Rights.

Meghan, 43, opted for a stunning sleeveless halter-neck dress from the Italian fashion brand Giuliva Heritage, priced at £1,050. According to the brand’s website, the dress took six hours of meticulous craftsmanship to create. She complemented the elegant dress with a £725 brown satchel handbag from Carolina Herrera and a pair of matching £620 heels by her go-to brand, Aquazzura.

Completing her sophisticated look, Meghan accessorized with £92 Ray-Ban sunglasses and luxurious pieces from Cartier, including a £21,400 gold Tank Française watch and a £7,050 “Love” yellow gold bracelet. Her effortlessly styled loose curls and a summery makeup look added a soft touch to her ensemble.

The Duchess attended the event alongside Prince Harry, 39, as they honored their close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen and her late son, George, who tragically passed away at the age of nine in July 2022. The event, which featured a round-robin doubles tennis competition and a luncheon, aimed to raise funds for the Alliance for Children’s Rights, with all proceeds going to support children in foster care.

In an emotional Instagram post on Prince Harry’s birthday, which followed the tournament, Zajfen thanked the Sussexes for their continued support and friendship. Sharing a series of photos of the couple with her family, she expressed gratitude for their involvement. “Extra special day too…HAPPY 40th Birthday H! May this trip around the sun be the best yet,” she wrote, highlighting the milestone celebration.

The post also acknowledged the contributions of the Sussexes’ Archewell Foundation, which played a pivotal role as a presenting sponsor for the event. Zajfen lauded their commitment to community work and friendship, stating: “Harry and Meghan, you have been such a guiding light for our family, not just in the way you have shown up in friendship, but through the incredible work the Archewell Foundation does every day.”

Other celebrities spotted at the event included Jonathan Scott from Property Brothers, New Girl actress Zooey Deschanel, Scrubs star Zach Braff, and Meghan’s former Suits co-star, Abigail Spencer.

The tournament, renamed in honor of George Zajfen, has been a tradition for 20 years. Reflecting on the emotional day, Zajfen shared how moved she was by the community’s turnout and generosity. “Our community showed up in a big way and I’m in awe! The funds raised will directly support children in foster care, ensuring they have the legal protections, resources, and opportunities they deserve in honor of our beautiful son Georgie.”

With a blend of fashion, philanthropy, and heartfelt friendships, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue to make a powerful impact in their community, both through their personal support and the work of the Archewell Foundation.
