Megan Thee Stallion Seemingly Disses Nicki Minaj in New ‘Rattle’ Song

Megan Thee Stallion appears to take aim at Nicki Minaj in her new song “Rattle,” featured on her latest album, Megan. The tension between the two rappers, which has been brewing over the past year, seems to have escalated with this release.

In “Rattle,” Megan raps, “Ain’t got no tea on me, this ho think she TMZ / I mean, the sooner you accept that I’m that bch / The better your life will be.” She continues, “Damn bch it been four years / Worry ’bout your man and your kid / Your life must be boring as fk if you’re still reminiscin’ ’bout st we did,” possibly referencing their former friendship and collaboration on “Hot Girl Summer” in 2019.

While Megan doesn’t mention Minaj by name, the lyrics seem to respond to Minaj’s diss track “Big Foot,” released in January. Minaj’s track accused Megan of lying about the incident involving Tory Lanez, who was convicted and sentenced for shooting Megan in 2020.

The feud seems to be reigniting despite Megan focusing on personal growth and reflecting on her life. “I feel like I’m in such a fresh space, like everything about me is new,” Megan said. “I think I’ve just gone through so much and I’m at a point where I don’t care about a lot of stuff…I’m like, ‘OK, at this point, girl, what’s the worst thing that can happen?’”
