Meek Mill Praises Drake and Kendrick Lamar in Confusing Tweets About His Own Career.
Meek Mill has become famous for his cryptic online posts, often causing a lot of attention and controversy. This week was no exception, as he continued to criticize his own rap career, while also praising two famous rappers, Kendrick Lamar and Drake, even though they are at odds with each other.
The Philadlphia star used his X account to share a rundown of his achievements. While these tweets initially seemed intentional, they later became misdirected.
“Please allow me to share honestly without mentioning Drake,” Meek began, before pivoting with, “Bike life culture ‘Meek’ billionaire culture tied to rap music… really went through systemic poverty ‘Meek’ actually changed the rules ‘Meek’ showed the newest artist love with my platform ‘Meek.’”
The original line never revealed his “honest opinion” about Drake.
In another ! Through Mike Rubin and Kevin Hart, I have donated and helped bring millions of dollars to the city of Philadelphia! We have real job fairs with innovation!”
Like before, Meek changed the subject again, this time claiming that his advertising team has been non-existent for the past two years. He also did not forget to praise Drake and Kendrick Lamar.
“My PR was lost for a year or two so they changed my name but when I’m gone they’re giving it up!” he wrote. “I just have to keep trying! The boy and Kendrick have their own paths and qualities that they are also very good at!”
He added, “I must say that what I give to the game every time cannot be understated! I am starting to enjoy these conversations if we are in the age of truth… I have been in all the jungles uplifting the community for years… And my rap skills are amazing! Really, really good.”
The feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar has caused a lot of attention in the hip-hop community, with songs responding to each other. Drake’s latest song, “The Heart Part 6”, and Kendrick Lamar’s answer, “Not Like Us”, are both at the center of this debate.
