Manny Pacquiao is “ready” for a second fight with Floyd Mayweather after a controversial draw in the fight for the World WBC title this weekend against Mario Barrios.

Pacquiao, 46, was making a surprising return to boxing after retiring four years ago.
Now I could consider a second fight with Mayweather, who is 48 years old and is retired. Pacquiao and Mayweather were great rivals and a decade ago they boxed in Las Vegas in one of the most lucrative fighting of sport.
“Manny is always ready,” said MP Promotions Gibbons ASky Sports .
Gibbons insisted that Pacquiao deserved the decision against Barrios and should have been the winner. “After that performance last night,” Gibbons said, “Better consultation with Floyd!”

Pacquiao had left the retirement seeking to break his own record as the world’s world welter weight champion in the history of boxing and fell short since two judges scored the fight 114-114, and a judge gave a score of 115-113 for neighborhoods.
The majority draw saw Barrios retain the worldwide welter weight title of the CMB.
“I thought I had won the fight,” Pacquiao said. “It was a fierce fight. It was very hard. I worked hard and kept the discipline. I always keep fit to be able to do this.”
“I had to find a way to finish the fight better, but my opponent is very hard,” he added. “He threw many good combinations and defended himself well. It was a difficult fight.”

A look back to 2009, when Manny Pacquiao connected one of the cleanest left in history to knock Ricky Hatton in Las Vegas.
Barrios did not think that the fight was escaping from his hands, but that he would give Pacquiao another opportunity for the title.
“It is still an unstoppable fighter and its rhythm is impeccable. It is still a very difficult fighter to decipher,” said the champion.
“I will make the revenge,” Barrios continued. “Of course. This was fundamental for boxing. I would love to repeat it.”
