Oleksandr Usyk contacted Tyson Fury after their undisputed fight, but wasn’t left entirely satisfied by the response he received.

Usyk and Fury did battle for all four heavyweight belts in May, and the Ukrainian secured the win by split decision on the judges’ scorecards.
The pair were extremely respectful after the final bell and were seen embracing despite the looming December 21 rematch which was eventually sealed weeks afterwards.
After the clash, Usyk has revealed he approached Fury on private message, but was left confused by the reply.
He told Boxing King Media: “Listen I think Tyson doesn’t use Instagram.
“Because I remember I sent Tyson Fury a DM, because I got a message back.
“And for me I don’t think it is Tyson Fury.”
Usyk did not expand on the context of the message, but it is likely that it was not in any way disrespectful given their previous exchanges.
Despite their respectful words for each other post-fight, thoughts have now already turned to a sequel.
Fury is gunning for revenge and has already returned to the gym, several months out from their second heavyweight episode.

The pair have since exchanged public warning messages to each other with high stakes for their next meeting.
A win for either fighter could set up a new undisputed title bid with the winner of Daniel Dubois’ huge first title defence against Anthony Joshua, which takes place on September 21.
Otto Wallin tells Tyson Fury exactly what he must do beat Oleksandr Usyk in his highly anticipated rematch
Fury’s cutman Jorge Capetillo has spoken to the WBC champion and is confident he knows the alterations he needs to make to secure revenge.
Capetillo said: “I messaged him, and he is really good. Tyson said he was ‘Fine, back in the gym and ready to rock and roll’.
“He is ready to bounce back, and I know he will because he is a strong man. He should be able to bounce back from this loss and I couldn’t be more proud of him.
“He’s already conquered everything in boxing. He’s showed the world that anything can happen by coming back from his mental health to become world champion again.
“After the three fights against Deontay Wilder, he has nothing to prove. I just think the pace, keep his hands up a little bit more, sit a little bit more and not jump too much.
“He can walk in instead of jumping and start boxing more, because he’s too big and heavy. You can jump for a couple of seconds but not for a couple of rounds.
“He needs to box more, keep his guard up and keep it tight. He’s the bigger man and he needs to push back Usyk.”
