Logan Paul has sued Ryan Garcia for defamation and libel over his comments about PRIME. 

Paul announced on May 23 that a lawsuit had been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Paul set up the brand with KSI, which has overtaken Gatorade, to become the leader in hydration drinks. 

However, the brand has been dealing with some issues. In 2023, a lawsuit was filed against the company, claiming the drink contained per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), which are known as forever chemicals. It is alleged this could cause health issues. 

Garcia made several disparaging comments about the drink during his build-up for the Devin Haney fight. He accused the drink of killing people while also claiming anyone who associated with it to be working for the devil. Logan has now responded by taking legal action.
