Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious trouble as he has been hit with five new shocking lawsuits filed in the Southern District of New York, accusing him of rape, drugging, oral sex, and threatening to kill the alleged victims.
According to court documents obtained on October 14, an unnamed woman claimed that Diddy raped her in 2004 after she, then 19 years old, was allegedly invited to a photo shoot and later went to his Marriott hotel room in Manhattan.
At what was described as a “more private party,” the college student claimed she was taken to a “separate room away from the main party,” where the door was locked, and she alleged that Diddy attacked her and her friend. The Revolt founder is accused of threatening to “kill both of them” if they did not comply.
In another filing, an unnamed man accused Diddy of serious sexual assault in the storage room of a Macy’s department store in 2008. The man claimed that he was confronted by Diddy and two bodyguards, who allegedly threatened to “kill” him and accused the musician of performing oral rape on him.
Another unnamed man accused Diddy of drugging and performing oral sex on him in a van outside the “White Party” in 2006.
He claimed the Grammy winner “ignored” his pleas by repeatedly telling him he would be “fine.”
Another “White Party” attendee claimed Diddy asked him to “take off his pants and expose himself” in 1998 before allegedly touching the then-16-year-old girl’s genitals.
A fifth alleged victim – a woman – claimed Diddy raped her at a 1995 party promoting Biggie Smalls’ music video One More Chance.
She accused Diddy of “violently hitting her, slamming her head against the wall” before hitting her again and raping her.
Diddy’s legal team did not immediately respond to a request for comment
Diddy has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing since his arrest made headlines in September.
The Bad Boy Records creator was arrested in New York City and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution.
He is being held without bail in Brooklyn, N.Y., after pleading not guilty.
The victims in the latest civil lawsuits against Diddy are all represented by Tony Buzbee, who claimed earlier this month that he is representing over 100 individuals.
In a press conference on October 1, he claimed that a list of Diddy’s alleged accomplices would “shock” the public when A-list names are revealed.
