Kim Kardashian is putting her legal skills to use with her children. The 43-year-old reality star recently shared with her over 361 million Instagram followers that she allowed her 8-year-old son, Saint West, to start his own YouTube channel—but not without making him sign a legally binding contract first.

On Tuesday, Kardashian revealed the news through her Instagram stories, posting a screenshot of Saint’s YouTube profile. “I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube channel after signing an extensive contract! lol,” she wrote, encouraging her followers to subscribe.

In another story, she showed part of the handwritten agreement, titled “Contract between Saint West and Kim Kardashian.” The contract includes clauses like: “I, Saint West, agree to follow my mom’s rules in order to have a YouTube channel,” with specific rules like not filming personal family information or while his sister, North, is recording music.

The document, dated September 3, also includes stipulations that Saint must show all videos to his mom or guardian before posting and gives them permission to delete any video if necessary. If he fails to follow the rules, his mom reserves the right to make the account private or delete it altogether. Saint signed the contract, making it official.
Kardashian emphasized that the contract was not a joke, clarifying on X (formerly Twitter) that if necessary, they would go to arbitration. Fans praised Kardashian’s parenting approach in the comments, commending her for setting boundaries and responsibilities for her young son’s online presence.
Kim shares four children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—with her ex-husband Kanye West (now known as Ye), and she continues to balance her law studies with motherhood.
