According to TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department stated that Kanye West, 46, was accused by an unidentified man of assaulting him. The victim told the police that Kanye attacked him on suspicion of ‘pushing or grabbing’ his wife. The individual did not require medical treatment for his injuries but reported the incident to the police following the altercation.

Drake Madison, a police officer, also confirmed to People that authorities visited a hotel on Sunset Boulevard around 12:30 a.m. on April 18th to investigate an assault case; however, the police declined to confirm details regarding Kanye West.

Meanwhile, Kanye West’s representative affirmed to Dailymail that Bianca was not just pushed but was actually physically assaulted. “Using the word ‘grabbed’ is completely inappropriate to describe what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted. The attacker not only bumped into her but also put his hand under her skirt, touched her body, grabbed her waist, turned her around, and then kissed her. She was assaulted and sexually assaulted,” the representative said.

The incident occurred just hours after Kanye West and his wife were seen enjoying themselves at Disneyland in California on the evening of April 17th. Bianca wore a short bodysuit, paired with a fabric covering her front, and attracted attention by walking barefoot, with bandages wrapped around both feet. The couple participated in various games and mingled with the crowded at Disneyland.

Kanye West was previously named as a suspect in an assault allegation in January 2022. A few days later, the rapper admitted to punching a man who was allegedly trying to get his signature to make money. “This person is not a fan. He is using my image and may have never listened to my songs,” Kanye explained when admitting to the altercation. Subsequently, Kanye was determined by the investigating office to have no wrongdoing in that incident.”
