Jude Bellingham Valued Higher Than Combined Squad Value of 6 Euro 2024 Teams

Midfielder Jude Bellingham is reported to have a higher transfer value than the combined squad values of six teams participating in Euro 2024, according to a recent study. The England team also boasts the most expensive squad in this year’s tournament.

The 20-year-old player joined Real Madrid from Dortmund last summer for an initial fee of £88.5 million. He is currently a contender for the Ballon d’Or after an outstanding season both at club and international levels.

Bellingham has scored 23 goals and contributed 12 assists for Carlo Ancelotti’s team across all competitions, including 3 goals in the Champions League. His impressive form has significantly increased his market value, which is now estimated at £153 million, as reported by Safebettingsites.

Based on this figure, Bellingham’s value exceeds the combined squad values of Romania (£78 million), Albania (£95 million), Slovenia (£123 million), Slovakia (£133 million), Georgia (£136 million), and Hungary (£140 million).

The England squad currently possesses the highest squad value at Euro 2024. In fact, Gareth Southgate’s team is valued five times higher than Serbia, their opening match opponent in Group C. Bellingham is the most expensive player for the Three Lions, while Newcastle defender Kieran Trippier holds the lowest value at just £8.5 million.

Kylian Mbappe tops the list as France’s most expensive star with a value of £153 million, matching Bellingham’s price at Real Madrid. Meanwhile, Olivier Giroud is the least expensive player for Les Bleus, valued at only £2.5 million.

Rafael Leao holds the highest value for Portugal at £77 million. Following Manchester City’s Premier League triumph last season, Spanish midfielder Rodri is valued at £102 million.
