Jake Paul Wants an MMA Fight Before Fighting Mike Tyson and Targets Sean O’Malley at UFC 303

November 15th Set for Rescheduled Boxing Match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas

Jake Paul, slated to face off against Mike Tyson in a boxing match in November, is planning a busy schedule leading up to this significant bout. Paul aims to step into the MMA cage for his debut at UFC 303 and has set his sights on UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley.

Initially scheduled to fight Tyson on July 20th, health issues with the boxing legend led to the postponement of the bout to November 15th at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. During the waiting period, Paul seeks to challenge himself by venturing into MMA and targeting Sean O’Malley at UFC 303.

Paul, who is preparing for the heavyweight bout with Tyson and weighs in at 200 pounds, is keen on testing his skills in MMA following his match with Ryan Bourland in March. In January last year, he signed multiple fight contracts with PFL to compete in MMA for their pay-per-view Super Fight events.

While the possibility of a crossover fight between UFC and PFL is low, Paul’s MMA debut under the PFL banner could be a viable option. UFC 303 is facing uncertainty with the main event between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler, as skepticism surrounding this bout continues to rise.

Meanwhile, PFL is set to host 2024 PFL 6 on June 28th, one day before UFC 303, however, handling Paul’s debut in the cage seems challenging due to scheduling conflicts.

If Paul indeed debuts in MMA prior to the Tyson fight, it will mark a significant milestone in his diverse sports career and provide a unique experience for his fans.
