“I LIKE REF” – Tyson Fury angrily SPOKE OUT What Must Change For Oleksandr Usyk Rematch

The tension is already starting to slowly build ahead of the rematch between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.

The heavyweight pair’s first fight back in May was a long-awaited showdown between two fighters that were widely regarded to be the very best in the division.

And so it proved in their absorbing 12-round contest for the undisputed crown out in Saudi Arabia.

It was a back-and-forth fight with Usyk coming out on top, largely down to an impressive 9th round in which he managed to send Fury all around the ropes with a overhand left that forced the referee to administer a 10 count.

Since the victory, Usyk has admitted he made mistakes that he will not make again, while Fury has said he was enjoying himself a little too much.

Both men are now ticking over before renewing their hostilities on December 21, again out in Saudi Arabia.

Ahead of that, ‘The Gypsy King’s brother Shane Fury has been speaking to iFL TV and was asked about there being too many voices in the corner of the fight, which is a criticism many levelled at Team Fury, particularly in the later rounds when coach Sugar Hill, father John and Andy Lee were all involved.

“100% agree.

My take is, deeply, truly, my honest opinion is my dad wants what’s the best for his son and the best for his son after he’s been put down and nearly out cold is to get him through the fight. F*** the boxing, you can be KO’d and not wake up. That’s his mentality cause he wants the best for his sons but sometimes when you want the best for someone it’s maybe not the best instructions. Them instructions is sometimes not what you need.”
