His wife Mirka ran to help struggling Roger Federer in front of fans at a Coldplay concert in stunning gesture

Roger Federer and his wife, Mirka, scream goals whenever they step out together. Whether it’s supporting his brilliant tennis career or navigating the ups and downs of his 20-time Grand Slam title, Mirka has always been by his side. Her unwavering support is evident even in the smallest of situations. She recently helped a struggling Federer sign an autograph while the two were at a Coldplay concert.

The 42-year-old enjoyed a great night out at the Olympic Stadium in Rome a few days ago. Federer was spotted enjoying the lively atmosphere with his wife, Mirka, and their four children: sons Leo and Lenny, and daughters Myla and Charlene.

Amidst the excitement of the same occasion, Roger Federer happily signed a fan’s Wimbledon t-shirt when he saw it. Although a video of Federer signing t-shirts went viral, Mirka was the real star of the show. Proving once again her supportive status and their chemistry, she was spotted helping her husband and ensuring that the signatures were properly delivered.
The former world number one tennis player and his wife Mirka were seen dancing together, lost in the moment, as Coldplay played ‘Fix You’. They also danced to Chris Martin’s new song ‘Feels Like I’m Falling in Love’.

To his surprise, Martin saw the same white clothes as Federer and Mirka among the crowd, and during the concert, he paid a special tribute to the tennis superstar. Martin said while singing: “Roger, my big brother, who is the greatest tennis player of all time. You are very good at sports, but who would have thought that you would appear with such a beautiful and amazing appearance?

As he enjoys his retirement, the 42-year-old former footballer is often spotted travelling to Vietnam or Thailand, or attending concerts with his wife. But Federer has also spoken about how his wife helped him through the toughest times in his career, as she was the one who brought discipline to his life.
Mirka brought ‘discipline’ to Federer’s life
Earlier this year, Roger Federer highlighted the importance of his wife, Mirka, in his tennis career. In an interview with El País newspaper, the 20-time Grand Slam champion praised her for instilling discipline in him, something he said he lacked.

“She helped me a lot in difficult times and she played a very important role in motivating me. She also taught me discipline, because she was extremely disciplined. I was a player, an artist, if you like, and I needed guidance in that area,” he said.
Former Swiss tennis player Mirka first met Roger at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. Nine years later, their love blossomed and they secretly married. Her background as a professional athlete gave her great perspective and motivation, which allowed her to manage the demands of her profession and achieve her incredible feats.
