Charles Leclerc to Part with Ferrari Daytona SP3 for Upcoming Exhibition
Formula 1 drivers are renowned for their impressive car collections, and Charles Leclerc is no exception. As a prominent Ferrari driver, Leclerc owns some of the most exclusive vehicles from the legendary brand, including the Ferrari Daytona SP3 hypercar, valued at around $3 million. However, Leclerc will soon have to part with one of his prized possessions, at least temporarily.

Ferrari is preparing to showcase an exhibition at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, Italy, dedicated to the life and legacy of the brand’s founder. The exhibition, which will start on September 11 and run for several weeks, will include some of Ferrari’s most exotic cars, including Leclerc’s Daytona SP3.
This means Leclerc will have to bid farewell to his cherished Daytona SP3 while the exhibition is underway. Despite his attachment to the hypercar, Leclerc has a diverse collection of Ferrari vehicles to enjoy during this period.

A Glimpse into Leclerc’s Ferrari Collection

The Daytona SP3, designed through Ferrari’s Tailor Made program, showcases Leclerc’s personal touch with a striking Nero Opaco finish and distinctive red and white stripes. His racing number, 16, is prominently displayed on each door, and his signature is featured between the two carbon sports bucket seats. The car’s 6.5-liter V12 engine delivers a remarkable 840 hp and 514 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.85 seconds.

In addition to the Daytona SP3, Leclerc’s Ferrari collection includes several other noteworthy models:
Ferrari 488 Pista Spider: This car, adorned in a striking black paint job with red and white stripes, pays homage to the Monegasque flag. It features a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine that produces 710 hp, allowing the car to reach 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of 211 mph.
Ferrari 812 Competizione Aperta: A limited edition model with a unique all-white exterior. It is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine that delivers over 800 hp and can rev up to an impressive 9,500 rpm.
While Leclerc’s Daytona SP3 will be missed from his personal collection for the duration of the exhibition, the event offers fans an exceptional opportunity to see this remarkable hypercar up close.
