Dino Startovic will replace Charles Leclerc on the FP1 of the Austria Grand Prix.

Ferrari has announced that Dino Startovic will return to the SF-25 steering wheel during the first free practice session of the Austria Grand Prix.

The product of the Scuderia Academy will rise behind the wheel of the Slaughterhouse of Charles Leclerc in the Red Bull Ring, after debuting at the FP1 at the beginning of the year, in Bahrein.

Currently tenth in the F2 pilot ranking, the or 21 years replaced the Monegasco pilot in Sakhir.

The change in Spielberg means that the Italian team will have completed half of the four mandatory FP1 sessions for debutants for the current season, while the last two will have to take place in the Lewis Hamilton car.

Member of the Junior Ferrari program since 2020, the Swedish pilot took the sixth place in FIA F3 both in 2023 and 2024.

Startovic is the first confirmed change in the weekend FP1 in Austria.
