In a dramatic first day of testing at Sepang, the MotoGP world was shocked by Yamaha’s incredible performance, the horrific crashes of Marc Marquez and Jorge Martin, and many other surprises.

Yamaha V4 – The Unexpected Star

No one expected Yamaha to create such a big shock on the first day of testing. Their new V4 engine showed its superior power, helping Fabio Quartararo to a convincing pole position.
