Tensions escalated further when Meghan suspected Victoria Beckham of leaking stories to the media, a claim that Victoria denied, attributing it to a member of her beauty team instead. This alleged incident reportedly led Prince Harry to voice his concerns to David Beckham, sparking further discord.

Sources quoted in the Daily Mail described David Beckham as “bloody furious” over accusations that his family might have leaked information about the Sussexes to the press, making reconciliation appear unlikely.

The book also details Meghan Markle’s sensitivity to media scrutiny and perceived jealousy towards the Beckhams’ affluent lifestyle. Allegedly, these sentiments were compounded when Meghan reportedly snubbed the Beckhams during her wedding in 2018, excluding them from a special dinner attended by celebrities like George Clooney.
