Christian Horner has already revealed how he would manage collaboration between Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc if he gave the surprise transfer to Ferrari.

Horner was fired from Red Bull last Tuesday, ending 20 years of collaboration with Milton Keynes team as team director.
The 51 -year -old pilot has been in command of all the great awards that Red Bull has played, with a total of 14 titles of pilots and builders won during that period.
The announcement of Red Bull, in the middle of the season, was a surprise, even though the team had suffered a downturn significantly in recent weeks.
Horner has been replaced by the executive director of Racing Bulls, Laurent Mekies, and will now enjoy a disease decline until the end of 2025.
This means that he will not be able to assume another position in F1 until next season.
In recent weeks, uncertainty has increased on the position of director of the Ferrari team, Frederic Vasseur, and Horner has been mentioned as a possible substitute.
The Scuderia usually promotes from within, or at least designate those with previous links with the team, as in the case of Vasseur, which means that it remains to be seen if the English would be a realistic candidate in case of a possible vacancy.
But Horner has already commented how he would manage the current pilots of Ferrari, Hamilton and Leclerc.
Both will aspire to win the 2026 World Championship if the Scuderia builds a car capable of fighting for the victories, something that has not happened this season.
In an interview with Talksport in December, Horner declared: “The reality is that the expectation is that Max [Verstappen] win.
A team like Ferrari next year, for example, will have two pilots who will subtract points, and which horse you support? ”
Without a doubt, Horner would have preferred to use Ferrari’s approach this season.
Hamilton and Leclerc points have been subtracted on occasion, as in the Miami Grand Prix, when they were asked twice to exchange positions when they could have finished better.
However, Ferrari occupies the second position of the Constructors Championship with 222 points, followed comfortably by Red Bull in fourth place with 172.
Max Verstappen has added the amazing figure of 165 of those 172 points, while his teammates Liam Lawson and his substitute Yuki Tsunoda simply have not been able to get the maximum performance to the second car.
Verstappen has also sometimes complained about the manageability of the car and, as reported, is in conversations with Mercedes to join them in 2026.
