BREAKING: Detroit Pistons forward Isaiah Stewart has been banned from the NBA 🚨

In news that has rocked the basketball world, Detroit Pistons forward Isaiah Stewart has been kicked out of the NBA following a series of incidents that called his sportsmanship into question. This decision follows the multiple sanctions and altercations that have marked his career in recent years.

The most recent incident occurred during a game between the Pistons and the Minnesota Timberwolves, where a massive brawl resulted in the ejection of seven players. The brawl began after Ron Holland fouled Naz Reid and quickly escalated to involve several players and coaching staff members from both teams. Isaiah Stewart was one of the main players involved, leading the NBA to suspend him for two games due to his history of unsportsmanlike conduct.

This is not the first altercation in Stewart’s career. In February 2024, he was suspended for three games after getting into a fight with Drew Eubanks of the Phoenix Suns before a game. Stewart was arrested by Phoenix police and charged with assault, although the charges were later dropped.

Additionally, in January 2025, Stewart was suspended for one game and fined $50,000 for accumulating six flagrant foul points during the season, including a flagrant Type 2 foul against Thomas Bryant of the Indiana Pacers.

The NBA has made the decision to expel Stewart from the league, given his history of conduct and recent incidents. This action reflects the league’s commitment to maintaining fair play and respect in the game  .

The Detroit Pistons have yet to release an official statement regarding Stewart’s dismissal. However, this decision will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the team and the player’s professional career.

This event highlights the importance of sportsmanlike conduct and the consequences that can result from unsportsmanlike actions in professional basketball.
