However, the post-race press conference at Bristol took an unexpected turn when Hamlin faced questions about his future in NASCAR. This line of inquiry didn’t sit well with veteran spotter Brett Griffin, who voiced his displeasure at the timing and nature of the questions.

Griffin’s Ire: A Defense of Hamlin’s Competitive Spirit

Hamlin entered the Bristol race with the ambition of securing a victory, but Larson had other plans, leading a significant 411 of the 500 laps.
