🌎Billionaire Elon Musk admits he is at risk of being assassinated for supporting Mr. Trump

Billionaire Elon Musk Claims Assassinating Vice President Harris is Meaningless, Cites Personal Risk for Supporting Trump

In a speech before Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s supporters in Pennsylvania on October 26, billionaire Elon Musk made headlines by stating that the idea of assassinating Vice President Kamala Harris is meaningless, as she is merely a puppet of political forces in Washington.

“No one even wants to assassinate her. It’s pointless, because they’ll just find another puppet to replace her,” Musk said to laughter from the crowd.

The billionaire also asserted that he is the one at risk of assassination for openly supporting former President Donald Trump.

“Some friends have called me and said I’m definitely going to be assassinated. There’s a possibility that could happen, and they might try to do it for real,” he declared.

The New York Times reported on October 28 that Musk’s comments were made in the context of discussing two assassination attempts aimed at Trump this year. To date, authorities have found no evidence linking these incidents or suggesting a larger conspiracy.

However, investigations revealed that the shooter who fired at Trump in July in Pennsylvania, Thomas Matthew Crooks, had previously searched for information about Trump and President Joe Biden, as well as several other prominent politicians.

Despite this, Musk concluded that numerous forces are targeting the Republican candidate—and now him as well.

“Getting involved in politics and facing the risk of assassination is not something I want to do. I don’t want to commit suicide. But the current political situation is serious, and I can’t stand on the sidelines,” he stated at a campaign rally in Pittsburgh earlier this month.

The New York Times described Musk’s remarks as increasingly serious and at times crude, especially as he takes on a more prominent role in Trump’s campaign. He has publicly appeared several times to support Trump in Pennsylvania, one of the seven battleground states that could determine the outcome of the presidential election on November 5.

According to Jennifer Mercieca, a communications professor who has analyzed Trump’s speeches, Musk’s statements about being in danger serve as a sharp rhetorical tactic to foster loyalty among his followers.

“His message is clear: I’m speaking the truth, I’m protecting you, so you owe me your support and loyalty,” she explained.

Mercieca also noted that Trump has employed similar tactics in the past, suggesting that his legal troubles are signs of a silent conspiracy against him.

This month, Musk has made direct appearances at five events in Pennsylvania and participated in an online meeting on October 25. These events included handing out $1 million checks to voters who signed petitions for the super PAC (America PAC) that Musk established to support Trump in the race for the White House.
