Rihanna’s Son RZA Models for Savage X Fenty in Adorable Photo Shoot
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s eldest son, RZA, looked absolutely adorable as he modeled for his mom’s clothing line, Savage X Fenty, in a sweet photo shoot this week.
The two-year-old made his second modeling appearance, this time alongside his dad, A$AP Rocky, 34. The duo showcased the brand’s Savage X Fenty underwear, with the company’s Instagram account captioning the photo, “A$AP Rocky and RZA in Savage X Classics.”
In the heartwarming image, RZA sits on his dad’s shoulders, wearing a black tank top and matching briefs. Proud papa A$AP Rocky mirrors his son’s outfit, flaunting his fit physique.
In a second photo, the rapper turned his back to the camera, revealing the word “Dad” intricately braided into his hair—a personal touch that delighted fans. One follower commented, “Does ASAP cornrows say ‘DAD’ or am I seeing things?” while another exclaimed, “It’s the baby briefs for meeeee ❤️.” The sentiment was echoed by another admirer who said, “Love everything about this. The son. The father. The boxers. All.”
This marks the first time the couple has included one of their children in a clothing campaign. They are also parents to their younger son, Riot Rose, who will turn one in August.
Rihanna founded Savage X Fenty in 2018, which was named one of Fast Company’s 10 most innovative style companies of 2020 and was valued at $1 billion as of 2021.
However, despite the success of her clothing and makeup lines, fans are eagerly awaiting new music from Rihanna, who hasn’t released an album since 2016’s *Anti*.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s romance began in 2020, though they had been friends and collaborators for many years before that. Rocky opened for the US leg of Rihanna’s Diamonds World Tour in 2013, and she appeared in his *Fashion Killa* music video that same year. By November 2020, it was revealed that the longtime friends had officially become a couple.
In a 2021 interview with GQ, Rocky called Rihanna “the love of [his] life” and “the one,” expressing his excitement about the possibility of fatherhood. “If that’s in my destiny, absolutely,” he said. “Nah, but like, I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad.”
Rihanna, in an April 2022 interview with Vogue, shared her thoughts on motherhood, stating, “I always thought it would be marriage first, then a baby, but who the f*** says it has to be that way. I’m certainly not gonna let that get in the way of me being a mom.”
A year later, she described being a mom as “legendary,” adding, “It’s everything. You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever.”
A source told People last year that Rihanna has fully embraced motherhood, being very hands-on with her children. “Rihanna loves being a mom. She is obsessed with her baby boy,” the insider shared, adding that Rocky is “very involved as well and a great dad.”
In another Vogue interview, Rihanna acknowledged the challenges but also the excitement of balancing motherhood and her career. “[There’s] not much balance. But everything is stimulating. Everything right now is firing off. I’m excited.”
With her return to the studio and her upcoming Super Bowl performance, Rihanna remains motivated and energized, creating new ventures while cherishing her role as a mother. “Of course, being a new mom is insane. It is lovely. It is epic, honestly,” she added.
