A violent incident unfolded during the NBA game between the Detroit Pistons and the Los Angeles Lakers, where basketball legend LeBron James was caught engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior.
The altercation occurred in the third quarter during a free throw play. Isaiah Stewart, attempting to box out LeBron James for a rebound, made a physical move that appeared to irritate the Lakers star. In response, James swung his arm, hitting Stewart in the face.

Isaiah Stewart was also removed for accumulating two technical fouls, while Russell Westbrook received a technical for escalating the altercation.
Despite losing their star player, the Los Angeles Lakers managed to pull off a 121-116 victory in a highly intense matchup.
